Brisbane Catholic Education Employee Sale
1. These rules shall apply to all Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane vehicles offered to employees via the Autorola Australia Pty Ltd(herein known as the own as Autorola) transactional platform.
2. Vehicles will not be offered unless the appropriate instructions and particulars or description have been provided to Autorola by Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane. The particulars and the description of the vehicle form the basis of the contract between Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane and the purchaser. Autorola accepts no responsibility to the purchaser for any loss, which may arise as a result thereof.
3. Every endeavour will be made by Autorola to make available the transactional platform at times beneficial to the potential purchasers. Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane are providing this platform as a Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane employee benefit,
employees will need to register (within the platform) their interest to receive regular vehicles available updates.
4. Whilst every practicable assistance will be provided to the Purchaser (should it be required) to log into the online system, Autorola and Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane cannot be
held responsible for failure of any purchaser to log into the system, caused through equipment failure, unavailability of communication facilities, misconfiguration, or any other reason whatsoever.
5. Autorola and Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane will not be responsible or liable for any loss of whatsoever nature incurred by a Purchaser resulting from the use of any communications services offered, withdrawal of vehicle(s) or cancellation in part or as a whole.
6. Where a vehicle is sold, all major defects not disclosed at the time of sale or any misrepresentation must be notified by the Purchaser to Autorola within 2 working days of the Purchaser taking delivery of the vehicle. If a vehicle is sold with a major defect not disclosed, or has been misrepresented and Autorola and Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane agrees that there has been a misrepresentation, it need not be accepted by the Purchaser.
7. On the sale of any vehicle the contract
shall be deemed to have been made between Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane and the Purchaser and neither Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane nor Purchaser shall have any legal right of action against Autorola in respect of any cause or matter arising out of the sale. 8. Upon payment of the invoice, and receipt
of a Pick-up Authority the purchaser will arrange transport if required at the purchaser’s expense.
9. Title in each vehicle shall pass from Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane to the Purchaser upon payment of the
invoice and risk shall pass upon the vehicle leaving the possession, custody or control of Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane. 10.
All vehicles sold through the transactional platform are inclusive of
GST but exclusive of Luxury Car tax unless otherwise stated. Stamp duty is excluded from the sale price.
11. These rules are subject to change at any time in accordance with the written instructions of Autorola and Catholic Education Archdiocese Brisbane and will be advised accordingly prior to.
